Welcome to the CHI Research and Innovation Day Abstract Submission Form.

We are inviting CHI staff and PAHSC affiliated researchers and innovators involved in studies at CHI to submit abstracts for consideration as an oral or poster presentation at the event. Please note, submitting authors may only submit one abstract for consideration.

We will accept abstracts in the following categories:

•   Basic and Translational Research
•   Prospective Clinical Research
•   Retrospective Clinical Research
•   Health Service Research
•   Population Health and Epidemiology
•   Education and Training in Health
•   Quality Improvement Research
•   Policy and Implementation Research
•   Innovation

We will not accept abstracts in the following categories:

•   Audits
•   Case studies

During abstract submission, you will be asked to provide a technical summary and a plain English summary of your project.

•   The technical summary will consist of the following sections: Project title, Background (maximum 100 words), Materials and methods (maximum 100 words), Results (maximum 100 words), Conclusions (maximum 100 words).

•   The plain English summary will consist of the following sections: Lay Project Title, Study summary (maximum 250 words).

Deadline for abstracts is: 20th of March 2026 at 5pm
